Their staff are well trained, polite, friendly, professional and patient which is a good thing since I would ask for their opinion. They have hugely big varieties of food and all has a great deal to your money. Their foods here are so delicious and just a perfect chefs kiss! You could find so many good high quality foods in here and all can definitely satisfy your cravings. I think Naf Naf is a bargain for the price point, and the food is quick service and convenient after a long day. The music is on the louder side, but it does match with the trendy decor of the dining area. The servers behind the serving table worn masks and the only downside to that is that with the loud music it was sometimes hard to hear them. Even so the surfaces of the tables were clean and the trash can was not overflowing.Īll of the food items are laid out in plain sight like Chipotle's assembly line with employees serving you, and so it's easy to see what is being put onto your plate. This is a busy establishment and many families were eating late on a Saturday evening. I wish that the bread was warm and softer. The Chicken Kabob Combo Plate and the Pick 2 Steak Kabob Combo Plate had a little bit of everything if you are interested in trying for the first time. As McDonalds is to American burgers, so is Naf Naf to Middle Eastern cuisine. Naf Naf is the fast food of Middle Eastern restaurants. A restaurant having metal in their food should not be allowed to operate. I have been a regular customer of Naf Naf for many years but after today's incident, this place should be closed down. I have tried calling the Naf Naf multiple times to speak to the manager there, but no one picks up the phone.the automated message keeps repeating. This kind of thing should NOT be happening, EVER. I am so thankful that I luckily did not swallow it. And it was either in the basmati rice or the chicken shawarma. It looks like an open ended staple but could be something else. To my horror, I see it is not a bone but A PIECE OF METAL (pictures attached). My first thought was it's a piece of bone and immediately spat out the food. After a couple of bites, i suddenly felt something pointy cut my tongue. Came back home and finally sat down to eat one of the basmati rice and the chicken shawarma. I ordered two sides of Basmati Rice and two side of Chicken Shawarma earlier today in the afternoon to go. Aside from the delicious food they have, they also have great customer service, as in literally every employee I see inside seems to really enjoy their job, and some would even make sure that everything is fine, and the wait for the food would not take too much time, and it would always be really quick.
The food is always fresh, warm, and it just tastes good something that can definitely fulfill anyone’s cravings. I definitely had no problems with my order each time I went to this spot, particularly in this location. No wonder the place is also a go-to spot for a lot of people, including me, is because Portillo’s has the best fast food, especially the hot dogs and Italian beef sandwiches.

Even though it is always full of customers, as in, it is not empty every time we come here to eat, the number of customers is always very high. This is such a cool place for something casual. I cannot believe I am only writing this review for the restaurant just now after being able to eat here a lot of times, and with that time, the experience would always be great. Portillo’s is definitely my go-to spot forever.
